When Herman finds out how big and powerful God is, he feels smaller than ever. How could a little blue fish like him be important enough to be noticed? But, Psalm 93:4 says: “The Lord on high is mightier than the waves of the sea,” and He cares for everyone regardless of size. Herman’s adventure helps all little fish understand that, no matter how small they are, God gives them the ability to do great things.
